The hotel offered a great value for money experience with included breakfast and a delicious three-course dinner. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a large TV and speedy wifi. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a lovely location in a picturesque village surrounded by mountains and a beautiful river.
The portions at dinner could have been more generous, especially after a long day of hiking. The dining room was overcrowded, making it difficult to ask for more food.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to a bus stop, making it easy to navigate through the valley and explore the surrounding areas. the hotel offers a fast and reliable internet connection, allowing guests to stay connected. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay, while the breakfast offers a wide selection of options to suit every preference.
The customer service at the hotel left much to be desired, with rude and unhelpful staff members.

During Christmas, I had a nice stay at a family-owned hotel in the mountains. the homemade three-course dinner was tasty, and the breakfast offered a good selection of sweet and savory options. the key location bonus was the hotel's proximity to a bus stop that helped me move around the valley. the staff was really kind and helpful, and the speedy and reliable internet was a welcomed plus.
It was also disappointing that the dining room was often overcrowded, making it difficult to request more food.
